Saturday

Had to work overtime again this morning, thats three weeks in a row now. I still enjoy life on the fast lane.

After work i browse through Westfield at Sydney Center Point Tower hunting for a gift. Its for a special friend, because i've been busy and didnt have time to chat to her or anybody for a whole week. So im buying her a gift to say - 'sorry, i havent been around lately, do you miss me? :-P'

We planned to go out for coffee at noonish, but because she wasnt feeling 100% so i told her to stay home n rest, we can go out some other time when she's feeling well again. I was abit disappointed, but her health is a higher priority to me.

In the afternoon Wilson called. We went out with Rob and Kevin for a drink at Cabra-Vale Diggers for a drink. Feeling a little hungry, we carpooled to Parramatta for some Indian food.. hot and spicy. After late dinner we head to Rob's place.

Everyone there was cool, Wilson just purchase a property in Brisbane. Kevin also purchase another property in Brisbane six streets away. Rob owns a nice 3rd floor, 2 bedroom appartment with his friend(s), he also start his own business.

We fell and tumble but it was great fun.. well, mostly me. We plan to organise a pinic gathering next Sunday and invite more friends to come along.

After rollerblading we head to Bankstown Square to eat, Chupachup join us for some Italian food - checkout his parking photo.

Acoustic guitar practice

The lesson. It'd been 4 months since i last picked up my acoustic guitar up and practice. I couldnt sleep today so i spent an hour something practicing.

The mug. On my way back from work i saw something that grab my eyes, i think to myself, hey! i gotta have it! so i bought it for $15. It read - "Sex maniacs drink from black mugs."

Family business. This is the message my brother written to my sister, i found it funny so i post it up. It read - "Anh, go [to the] bank tomorrow!! dont wake me up or i will kick ur ass!".. excuse the Engrish. Sometime i wonder if he learnt that from me.

Sun-Herald City to Surf 2003

Another happy day. The BBQ was cancelled because some of the boys got hang over from lastnight. Wilson was still in bed by 11am. Joe said he cant go out cause his legs are aching from dancing too much. Robert said he'll call if he feel like going. Maria is still in Brisbane.

So i ended up going to City To Surf by myself, wish i could bring my 4-legged friend along, but they wont allow dogs at the beach. By the time i got there half of the runners had completed their 14KM run.

Disappointed but not discouraged i went on to find parking. Finding a parking space at Bondi is like finding a girlfriend - the best ones are taken. I finnally decided to park at one of my friend, Dai Bang, who had an appartment at Bondi. I paid him a visit but nobody was home.

I took a 20 minutes walk along the beach side, i stopped frequently to take photos. There was some wonderful view, wish i had someone to share it with.. wish my 4-legged friend was here.

Birthday

I'm turning 24 today.

They say - the older you get the wiser you becomes. This is only half true, i see myself getting older, but i dont see the wisdom part.

No glamourous birthday party, but looking forward to a simple dinner with friends in the weekend.

Outside my family and relatives hardly anyone else remembered my birthday, thats cause im quite reluctant when it comes to center of afttention.

My wishes are.. for world peace, and every childen will have basic education and living standard. Comment: Some anonymous person send me text messaging to wish me a happy birthday, and reminded me to get a girlfriend.

Response: Firstly, thanks for the comment. Yes i agree with you that birthdays are milestones in life for you to set personal goals. And yes, i did try to get a girlfriend, but they say im not boyfriend material.
They only want rich men, and im not rich. Read the Ladder Theory?
Plus, being single aint that bad, i just missed having someone to wake up next to every morning.. but other than that im pretty happy, i got my career and my 4-legged friend.

Good news

The $230,000 two bedroom townhouse i purchased last month has an unexpected bidder.

The couple (with a 6 months old baby) approached me and offered me to buy that property for the original of $230,000 and on top of that, they'll give me an extra $20,000.

The couple are relative of the seller whom i bought the townhouse from.

The offer is very tempting - in less than 2 months i made a $20,000 profit from buying selling property :) im ecstatic about this news.

Though the offer is very attractive, but i think i'll keep this property for few more years to gain a larger sum of profits.

Next month i'll move this new place with my 4-legged friend, and maybe my little brother will come along as well.

You drink to forget

Sometimes you feel like life is getting you down, especially when there's woman in the equation. You drink, you drink alot to forget, to get her out of your system.

Friendly neighbour

I was still depressed about my rejection, i didnt want to go home, so stayed at the office and work the 12 hours shift - like a circus monkey. I was exhausted by the time work finished.

When i got home my neighbour called me over for an Assyrian's lunch (i fixed his little PC problem a couple of days ago). He's cool.

They say - What goes around comes around.

The dish taste quite nice - fried rice, lamb chop, Lebanese's bread and mashed potato.

I took some pictures of his living room and some of his Assyrian's art collection. He promised to show me more next time i come over. Cool!

Sobig

Sobig.F is the lastest thing in email spamming from the virus writer Sobig.

I'm getting 100+ messages a day now, just because someone using Microsoft Windows have my email address in their system. As soon as i trace out whos that someone is i'll ask for my email to be enlisted and that will be the end of my problem!

How it works. you open the attachment, virus get executed/stored on your computer, virus look for your contact book, virus send a clone of itself to each email addresses it found and randomly generate the recipient address.

Simple but effective little virus :)

How do you know which email has this virus? All email with subject line that says -

Re: Thank you!

Re: Re: My details

Re: Your application
Re: Wicked screensaver
Re: That movie

Should you be worried? Nahh.. its just harmless fun, its just spamming your emailbox, get another new email address and your problem is solve!

I put in a towel just in case he decided to get too comfortable.

First lesson was extremely successful, he's enjoying every second of it, the pictures speaks for themself.

Next lesson, sky driving.. j/k.

Thats enough fun for today, time to get back to study and do my assignment. This is my current project draft proposal.

The girls next door

Business plan. Finally i finished my draft business plan proposal for my Business Management major. Basically we have to applies all the knowledge we learnt at uni to create a business plan. The aim is to get sponsorship to start-up an IT business.

This is a group project, we have 3 team members, its an ePay Exchange Solution, connecting all other payment systems available currently in the market as one single system and allow business to do simple-secure-efficient online transactions. Once the company mature we'll merge it or sell it off and make a few cool millions.

The girls next door. We're long time friends, we're pretty close, i sometimes come over their appartment for pizza and games on Friday night.

They love karaoke, going out and pillow fight with each others.. OK, i made the last one up. I think they wrestling each other at night, but honestly i wouldnt have a clue what they do behind close doors.

I just cant help it but being a slave for them - drive us here Scott, drive us there Scott, Scott can you take out the garbage, so on so on..

I must admit, I quite enjoy being a slave.

The real me

I sat for 3 tests at theSpark.com and the results are as follow:

The Sex TestCongrats! In your life, you'll have sex with 19 people! - Including the 2 you've already had sex with, that makes 17 new lovers! You are 39% sexy.

The info on your 17 future sex partner(s):
17 of them will be female
0 of them will be male
And you will actually love 2 of them!
It is very likely that you're a passionate kisser.
So whats my status so far. Yes, i have had sex with 2 people definate, and 1 undefinate; i need to look up what is the actual interpretation of sex. Does oral sex and handjobs count as sex? As for love, i did truely love one person, she was my highschool sweetheart, Stephanie.

The Un-telligent Test"Your score is very low."
Sorry about the bad news. For the record, you are:

47% Un-telligent!
Which is significantly lower than the current average of 60%

Here is the custom report of your personality that led our team of geeks to conclude (with confidence) that you are hopeless in the pursuit of manhood:

"The subject shows a below average amount of intelligence, and his sense of observation is weaker than normal; in a lot of ways, his brain capacity is similar to that of a hyena - he couldn't find his own ass in an empty room! Not that it isn't big enough.

"Finally, the subject displayed a insane and twisted (rather brilliant) sense of humor, a decent and respectable sense of morality, and a lack of self-confidence. The balance of these three traits is important; high levels of confidence, medium levels of morality, and a good level of humor make for the strongest individuals."

Final Score: 47% Un-telligent
OK, so im not the sharpest tool in the shed. Yes, the results are totally true.

The Personality Test MENTOR
(Submissive Extrovert Abstract Thinker)

Like just 6% of the population you are a MENTOR (SEAT). Some would call you the most powerful and influential of all people. Those people are wrong.

The reality is that you DON'T really WANT to impose personal views or beliefs on others. Yet you are extroverted and intelligent, and you like to get involved. So you help others with the pursuit of knowledge.

You're the reason that people say "teachers are also students." You are as much a learner as a master, and this satisfies you.

You won't die a lonely death, but towards the end you'll grow introspective, wondering if your life meant anything. This will last for decades, and you'll die after your spouse.
A big contrast from my un-telligent results. They given me too much credits, really, im just an ordinary guy. Yes, life is an endless learning journey, and happiness is what you give.

Burglars in my parents' house

Two burglars broke into my parents' house today, my initial feeling was im-fucken-pissed-off, i'll beat the crap out of them if i saw them. After evaluate the damages and the stolen goods im in a better mood.

They broken through the front-window and exit through the front-door. They ransack my parents' bedroom, stole 2 VCRs, the Xbox + games, a 8910 Nokia, my brother's wallet and afew pillowcases.. yes, pillowcases. They use the to pillowcases to cover the goods; dont ask me how i know this :)

Called my bank to cancel the credit card stolen with the wallet. Called the stolen mobile phone, some guy picked up said he just bought it off two Aussie guys for $300 (market value is about $700), bastards. Called the police, they came within 45mins and had their little inspection. They say not to touch the blood stain by the window, they'll send someone over to do the DNA test on Monday.

No, they didnt ransack my room, thats just me.

Everything elses are still in order.

David Jones Food Hall on Market Street

After reading a post by Matt of A Bright Cold Day obsession with the David Jones Food Hall i decided to pay a visit. Food is my passion, i eat to live or was it live to eat.. its one or the other.

So after Saturday morning overtime i went down to the David Jones Food Hall at Market St to have a breakfast-lunch. The place is great! there was a crowd of people, really exciting, and they have all kind of foodstuff available. Im sure John of Clarence Street would agree with me on this one. I placed an order for a plate of noodle, a plate of seafood and a banana to top it up. Its been 2hrs now and im still totally stuffed.

If anyone browse around the city they should give this place a try, its great for lunch or dinner for two. Its on Market St, near the Center Point Tower.

I'll be moving away from here soon. Dont know when will i ever coming back. Sitting in the back of my parents' house with many thoughts. All the wonderful memories are unavoidable. The old bamboo tree, the place where i used to sit and study for my HSC.

I'm moving away soon, will i find new happiness at my new home? Someone to talk with? Someone to say everything is going be OK.
